In all seriousness...

Please pardon the interruption and the design change. I promise it will only last one post. I wanted to switch gears today. This morning, I heard news that bombs had possibly gone off in London again. There are mixed reports. A lot of confusion. Could be just detonators, who knows, the only thing they do know, is that terrorism has struck London again.

Let me go out on a limb and say, I am tired of this bullshit. Okay, when the twin towers were hit, that was a scary time. They can fly planes into buildings, what chance to do we have? Things got cracked down and a sense of security filled the nation. Whether this feeling is fell founded, that is another discussion.

Now with these London attacks, its just plain irritating. Who do they think they are? What do they hope to accomplish.

So they don't agree with our views, okay, don't come here and live in them.

I was watching Dinner for Five on IFC and Seth MacFarlane, creator of Family Guy said that he overslept the morning of 9/11 due to heavy drinking the previous night and in doing so, missed the flight that slammed into the first building. The super fantastic Jon Favreau, screws with his head, by asking him if he ever thought of the poor bastard that got was flying stand-by.

Anyway, back to the original point, I saw this bumper sticker the other day on a car as I was driving to work.

I got to thinking, it's definitely not as funny as "A morning wood is a terrible thing to waste", but then I thought of what the message actually said.

I want you to think about that statement. A handful of people decide to create terror in the name of their cause. Hence, terrorism.

Now we go over to another country and start a war, "blowing things up in the name of freedom". So let me get this straight, just because we have a large army and allies we are waging war. Do you think the Iraqi who's home has been destroyed and members of their family have been killed or hurt still see this as "liberation" or "freedom" or do they see this as terrorism.

In our war we have killed and injured numerous innocent people, what makes us so different than the terrorists that killed our innocents? We are a big bad country? We have allies?

I just wanted to throw this out there as something to think about. Talk amongst yourselves.

I'm moving to France.
